Making a reservation, a simple and 100% secure process


Please enter the dates of your Stay in Paris, France and the number of guests on the top of our website .Your are requested to make a reservation down payment for the 10% to 30% of the apartment cost by credit card, our agents will never have access to your credit card number.

If you choose to pay by credit card you will receive a confirmation e-mail in a few seconds as soon as your payment is accepted.


How can I book?


• We do require a down payment to hold your reservation. The amount will depend on the apartment you have selected: it will be either 10% or 30%, never more.
• When booking you must specify the exact number of people that will make use of the apartment. The exact number of guests given upon reservation should occupy the flat. Apartment occupancy should never exceed the stated number of guests assigned to it, except for babies under 2 years old.
• Down payment for the reservation deposit should be made via credit card. The rest of the rent will be paid in cash on the arrival date or by bank transfer one week before arrival.
• Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until we have have received the down payment amount and you have received a confirmation e-mail.
• On arrival you will also be asked for a deposit ( the amount of the deposit depends on the apartment you have booked) as a guarantee for the apartment. The owner or his representative will welcome you personally at the apartment.
• We have a three night minimum reservation policy for all apartments.

When should I arrive in the apartment and leave the apartment?


When you book an apartment, you select a date for the check-in and a date for the check-out. You cannot enter the apartment before 3PM and will have to leave it at 11 AM.

Arrival :
Check in time is at 3:00 pm.
Departure:
The limit check out time is at 11 am. 


Most of the time, the apartment will be checked when the cleaning personel comes for cleaning. In this case, you will get your deposit back.
Loosing the apartment keys has a charge (depends on every apartment and owner)
The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each guest. As you may understand, the aprtment has to be found in the exact same condition as it was found..


Arrival and departure:

1. Along with the confirmation reservation e-mail, NCheap Paris Apartments. or its provider, Old Town Apartments will send you an e-mail containing all the information you need upon the arrival: apartment address and contact telephone number in order to confirm your arrival time in Paris.
2. You are requested to reply as soon as possible with the time of your arrival downtown, in order to allow the owner or its representative  to meet and give you the keys upon arrival.
3. On the arrival date, please call to the contact number informed, either from the airport terminal, train station or if coming by car, 30 minutes prior to your arrival. This will allow the owner or its representative to be at the apartment at your arrival.
4. When you arrive at the apartment, the owner or its representative  will be waiting for you at the agreed time. We will show you how the equipment works and give you the apartment keys.
5. Then you will be requested to pay the rest of the amount charged for the whole period of accommodation in cash, or by bank transfer, one week prior to your arrival.  You will also be requested to pay a security deposit  ( the amount varies according to the apartment/owner, but is typically around 400 Euros) as a guarantee against damage that may occur during your stay. Payment will be made in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
6. All our apartments a re managed directly by the owner.
7. Departure time should be before 11 am. A member of our staff will be at the apartment at the agreed time to:
• Re-Collect the apartment keys.
• Return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred.

Cancellation:

We accept cancellations only in written form sent by fax or e-mail by the person who originally made the reservation

We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict is "no show". The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from your credit card. 

WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE!!!! 

Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks 
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 Euro (or 15 GBP in the UK)
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay 
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay 
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge 

Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks 
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay 
Cancellation 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay 
No show or cancellation 7 days before arrival: whole stay charge 

Reducing the number of nights or guests after confirming a reservation 
Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy. 
Reducing the number of guests will not affect the total price.

In individual cases and depending on the agreement with the property owner, the above rules can be negotiable.


Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month; after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.

In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund. Once the payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults his right to any refund in cases where he leaves before the agreed period.

Behavior:

The client signing the rental agreement will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, The apartment owner. shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right to claim any type of compensation. In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, the apartment owner at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
